Default Looking to buy a Cig 20.... What ya got

I've been on the hunt for a good cig 20 project for a while now, but have not had much luck. I would prefer a solid boat that is ready for a complete restoration. I have found some nice restored boats, but hate to tear out someone else's hard work to make it how I want. Open to suggestions....

both my tiger and 20 could be bought, both done.. i have my eye on something bigger.
