Send them to MARREN Fuel injection in CT. I use them all the time and they have replacements if needed

There is no way Marren has BRAND NEW replacements for these. Cleaned and service ones yes Marren prob might so but so do I as well.

Again Ill mention New ones - OEM originals NO WAY. The news I have is I will be getting these EXACT OEM MADE at the end of this year or by Jan 2021 BRAND NEW exact same injector. I already met with the company that builds these and YES they are in Japan. Currently there is no cross for a plug and play unless you retune the PCM to accept a different injector.

They’re on the way to marren now. I didn’t expect them to have a replacement and I’m pretty sure I need at least 2 replaced

Easily 90 percent of the time you can bring back the originals injectors anyways. These are pretty tough injectors unless water in the fuel is stored and a couple of other damaging things can take place. Its all about fuel maintenance as well and a good working ECM in which is another issue that is the last thing looked at for some reason. 20 to 25 year old ecms I would question mark as well for fuel delivery issues

Ill will have the OEM originals at the end of the year, the exact same ones brand new drop in plug and play. Like I said they come from Japan and actually the failure rate of these are low compared to other injectors.


The spray patterns have to match pretty darn close for a plug and play crossover and the deadtimes for those injectors because how these injectors are installed and the intake manifold used.. I know who you are dealing with so hopefully they cut them open and measured the pintle and seats and the open / closing / durations of all that. Then there will be other tests to do on top of those. Volume flow results is only part of all that in the mix to match as well. Hope it works out for you and you do not need a huge volume buy in .
