2000 Baja 25 Outlaw w/ 502 mag mpi came with a Mirage 23p stainless 3 blade prop kinda dinged up but no vibrations. Struggling to get on plane w/ 4 people 1/4 tank gas, big cooler in cock pit, and trim tabs and drive down. Any recommendations on what to go with? On plane boat runs solid and is all around healthy.

What are you looking for? Better planning, cruise, or top speed? I had two props for my Baja when it had the 496ho, a stock 23 mirage plus and a labbed 25 mirage plus.

Looking to get better on plane, but not sacrifice too much top end speed. (Of course) but planing has to be top priority right now.

Yea both three blades mirage plus. If yours is a regular mirage and not a mirage plus, I’d try a good clean 23 mirage plus. Bblades has a rental program. Give them a call. Maybe a 23 mirage plus, a 25 mirage plus, and maybe a 23 or 24 bravo (four blade) for planing.

I have a labbed 25P mirage plus which is awesome for light loads and high speeds.. sucks getting on plane. My other prop is a labbed 24p bravo 1 by far the best all around prop. I started out with a 23p mirage plus which was good prop until it found a tree stump. btw I have a 496 HO.

Stock 22 Bravo 1 or labbed 24 Bravo will get on plane much easier and have better cruise speeds with much less porpoising. You will loose 2-3mph on the top end.

Bravo 24, better performance tabs (longer and move faster), and a smaller cooler!

On my 1999 baja 25 outlaw I had a stock Bravo 4 blade 24p... was the best for getting on plane and great for having people on boat with full tank of gas. cons were only mph loss but the boat was till going 65 on gps
