So sad.
Amazingly I just hung up w/a friend Who took two of His boat racing buddies and flew from from Shreveport Louisiana to California to buy Howard’s wife’s Jag convertible for my friends wife.
The The three of them piled in that car and drove from California back to Shreveport.
But not before going for a once-in-a-lifetime ride in Howard’s twin turbine skater with a video of its rooster tail blowing water over the Golden gate proving that myth to be fact.
They saw 178 on that ride.
God speed Howard.
