Hey guys I have a 01 35 lightning with 500 efi that is leaning to the left while cruising I don’t know what is going on. I have done checked everything. I am running 30p props any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am to the point where I am going to sell it if I can’t figure it out. TIA

Silly question. But do you have trim tabs or k planes? If you do they could be out of adjustment. If you don’t might be worth looking into getting

Are you the previous owner? That was my next thought is the prop rotation matching the drive rotation.

Also check the drive indicators as well, if they are off and drives are not trimmed equally the boat can list. will act same as tabs being off. Likely something simple is off. Fountains run real flat and level. I owned one just like yours and never any issue. Just make sure the indicators are adjusted to where they should be, check the actual fuel in each tank as well.

Just a comment on the mentioned prop rotation, should be turning in on that hull.

Do you use the tabs to get on plane ?? if so trim the starboard side up while cruising and see if it levels out, are the fuel tanks loaded the same ?

So I took off my props and sent them to my prop guy and he called me today saying that my port prop has a bent ear and both props were out of pitch with the wrong leading edge and both props were cavitating. 🤷🏻‍♂️
