Where can i find the estimated value of my boat? I've run out of time to continue the restore and want to see what it's realistically worth.

With the age of your boat and the work you have put into it, you can't get a realistic value out of the blue book. Your best bet maybe to post here with a list of what you have done, and what is left to do. Location would also play a role in the value.
