Is it just me that finds JL overseeing Clarion Marine weird? I would think it's a direct conflict of interest as a competitive brand. Or is the Clarion badge kind'a entry level and the JL stuff high end. I mean JL is KILLIN' it in the marine industry. The two names that come to mind instantly when you talk about high end marine audio is Kicker and JL.

Clarion compete with JL ? No.
I think the move is good if JL wants a med/lower line. Def don’t think a lower quality line with JL namebon faceplate/grills/boxes .
Clarion is fine for what it is. Good for both co’s.
