Default Is it possible NO Schrader Valve on an MPI engine?

Before I go to marina and look at a friends boat and scan the codes I sent him with a fuel pressure gauge and asked him to put it on the schrader valve on the fuel rail. I explained it has a cap on it and looks similar to a bike valve stem. He said he looked all over and can not find it. Its a 2005 Mercruiser 350 Mag MPI serial 0W043262 PCM 555.

Thanks SB. I looked on BAM site. I don't know how you get the picture so clear and big. I am going to send him a pic. Thanks!
