haven’t taken the door out per day...but did remove passenger dash on a 1994

its kind of a pain in the a$$...

1. Passenger seat has to come out
2. side upoholstery panels need to come out
3. foot rest needs to come out
4. part of headliner from cabin needs to be loosened/removed (to gain access to handlebar over cabin door)
5. Remove handle
6. remove front upholstery in cockpit
7. remove dash assembly

should now have access to door. This boat is a jig saw puzzle...you’ll find out that removing one thing requires removing 4 others.
