I have my boat sitting on a tri axle trailer. My issue is the middle axle seems to sit farther back and isn't even. The equalizer in-between wheels 1-2 is spaced out and the equalizer between 2-3 is pushed upwards. Any idea why??

I actually think its from the brakes on that axle dragging it back.
