I recently been noticing when out on the river that my boat seemed to slightly lean left. (Port) side. So I have my boat on trailer in my shop which the concrete is perfectly level and boat is level on trailer. When I measure from the ground to center of rub rail along the nose on both sides Directly across, the (port side) is 3/4“ lower in height than starb side .. this has really got me stress the hell out! Is it possible my hull has twisted!?! Please help!!

The boat is fiberglass....structurally, picture it like a sandwich of glass - it is a rigid product that will de-laminate, shear break or shatter before you would ever see twisting especially if it is on a proper supported + length trailer ...Same as a car, the fit and finish would be noticeable if it was possible to twist
In your case I think Griff has you well covered as even though it is a Fountain, it is a production boat none the less.

Are your fuel tanks balanced with the same fuel quantity? If your hull was twisted, I am sure you would see fracturing or stress cracks along the stringers, dash or engine bay.

Sounds weird.
I agree with the others, your hull won't be twisted. I'd re-measure. Lay a straight edge across the topsides of the deck, just in front of the rear lounge, then put your spirit level on top of the straight edge and see what you get.
If it's still out, measure from the chine on either side to the floor. That'll make sure she's level. If that's correct, the deviation must be in the hull sides and like Griff said, forget about it. 🙂

[QUOTE=ALL_IN!;4750453]I wouldn't put much faith in measuring from the rub rail - measure from the hull or deck point.[/QUOTE
I DID.. Some spots better than others,, anywhere from 3/4” to a 1/4” difference. But when I measure from the first drop to bottom of rub rail it is pretty close. Idk.. AGGRAVATING!!! Very disappointed in fountains craftsman ship!
