500 EFIs, The electric fuel pump is not pressurizing when the key is turned on. I disconnected the pump at the end of the pumps pigtail and than checked the other end for power and no juice. The electric pump is mounted to front underside of the engine and the pigtail runs aft about a foot to the incoming quick disconnect plug. From there I cannot tell where they go to. The manual shows a fuse but I can not find it. Any help would be appreciated.

There should be something that looks like a flat plug on the back of the engine - near the distributor. Its not a plug but holds three mini fuses. One is for the ignition, another for the fuel pump and not sure what the third one is. There are also two relays back there - one for the fuel pump and the other for ignition. Try the fuses first - they're much easier than the relays to get to.
