Default S. FL Mechanical Assist

Can anyone recommend a dock-side mechanic for a day of assist?

Super frustrated so time to bring in someone who knows wtf they are doing. Twin 454s, new plugs, spark good, fuel good but just wont run right. Recently changed intakes and carbs and added 177s - now just cant seem to set it up well enough to get consistently running to set timing. Not sure if carb, timing, or what and Im chasing my tail due to marginal skills.

Anyone know someone down near Deerfield, FL you can recommend?
