Default 10 qt hardin oil pan

I am putting together an '02 Prototype V, AKA Joker. I want to go with a 10qt Hardin oil pan. They are quite a bit wider. Does anybody know if this will drop right in or am I going to have to raise the engine? If so the front mounts are easy, I can just go up to the next hole as they are adjustable but the back? I don't know, what there? Thanks.
Also if anybody has pics of a Joker or Prototype I would love to see, one day ill learn how to post my own pics

If you raise the engine, you have to fill and re cut the transom
