Default 99 Formula Fastech 312 Anchor Locker Drain Question

I have a 99 Formula Fastech 312. The boat is in great shape BUT I have determined that the drain fitting (and most likely the drain hose) is gone from the bottom of the anchor locker. I cant tell if the drain tube is still in there but the fitting is gone. So this is allowing water to accumulate at the back side of the toilet area after a rain storm (boat is docked outside).

This would be an easy fix BUT I am not sure if its possible to get to the bottom of the anchor locker. I realize the anchor locker tube as I call it is not removable. Is it possible to remove the V-Birth headboard (has the Formula Mirror on it) with destroying everything? The anchor locker is right behind it.

Also, is it possible to remove without out damaging it, the black anchor drain vent on the port bow side? If so how? I think if I was able to remove it I could connect and fish a new hose up the the anchor drain hole and simple epoxy in a new drain fitting for a fix.

Thoughts and ideas welcome.

Thanks,

FD

You will need to get to both from behind the V berth front panel. No other way to do it. Not sure exactly sure how Formula installs that panel.

FYI...Scott at Formula was very helpful. All I had to do is remove the cushions, then remove the two screws at the bottom of the headboard and then pull it towards me from the bottom. Its tight working in there but its about complete.
