Default Pretty New Nor-Tech On Lake St. Clair

Triple 450s! Nice. What does a rig like this cost? $700,000?

Why do some manufacturers that have outboards use different lowers to line up the engines straight and some do not. It looks cool but is there a technical reason?

Merc probably only makes lowers in 5” intervals. If the installed width of these is wider than 400s then you may get these scenarios. Or you could plunge the center or the outers and sacrifice some speed.

There was a Nor-Tech with quad 450s parked at Pepper Joe's in St. Clair Friday night. Amazing

Look at American Custom Marine website, Mike seems to move the line pretty good. Has couple priced with lower hours listed, gives you a idea on cost OP.

Thanks. They have a lightly used one very much like the one I posted for 650k so new would be at least 700k. So my guess was pretty close. Definitely above my pay grade.

Next question - How fast? Mid 70s?

pretty boat! Set up for lake life and "poker runs" with the dual row seating. Electronics really jack up the price. Having a triple 450 39 Nortech myself, you guys are in the right ball park, again depending on electronics and other options. Boat is close to mid 80's.
