Default Trouble uploading pics for Classified ad

When I go to choose my imagine it transfers to the page but up at the top in Blue lettering it says- you have Zero of 10 allowed images. And it is giving me no reason why or any guidance. Maybe it’s something small and stupid as I am NO computer expert.

Resize pics to less than 1000 x 1000 and less than 1mb

What device and browser are you guys using? And what is the file format of the photos (jpg, png, etc)?

Using an iphone with safari. Photo's are whatever format an iphone takes them in.

Yeah, iPhone photos are pretty massive, especially if HDR is enabled.
