Default 42 Tiger Dash update - has anyone changed to bocatech/push button switches?

I'm looking for photos of people who have updated the dash/helm area of their 42 tiger.

I'm considering replacing the worn white toggles with something more modern, possibly bocatechs, with backlit reverse engraved acrylic panels. I'd also like to incorporate a new garmin GMI20 in place of the digital compass, and Garmin 7610 (or 1022, or 942) in place of the original 3206.

Just looking for ideas and examples of what you have done to your 42 tiger, for inspiration!

Thanks in advance.

I used these and they are much cheaper than Bocatechs and fully customizable

Those are slick! I saw them in a few of your posts when I searched trying to find someone else who has messed with the 42 tiger Dash.

5A bocatech switches are significantly cheaper than thth15A and resettable, but they don't offer the labeling.

Nice work!

My only issue with these is that they only illuminate when the switch is activated or pushed correct? I would like switches that light up one color when the nav or cockpit lighting is turned on so you can see them then change colors when activated/pushed.

I agree , unfortunately they don`t make em backlit on Stainless which is what I wanted .
They do make them backlit in black just not sure how exactly it works.. like you describe, or does it only light up when pressed , I`m not sure .
