Default 38 to 42 foot step hull or possible 35+ foot cat hull.

Hello,
long time lurker here. Been looking for a 38 to 42 foot step hull to put my 588 ci blower motors and ssm drives into. What is out there? Thought I had two different fountains lined up, but both sellers backed out. Dont want to mess with interior. Also started thinking about maybe trying a cat. Let me know what hulls are out there.

You may want to add budget and how far you are willing to travel from where

I’d sell my 1999 big step 42 Fountain (Pair of Nines) without power (motors, drives, transom assemblies) for $65000 on a Myco trailer that only has 1500 miles on it. Boat is rock solid with only168 original hours and shows like new still. Boat is a factory fully staggered 900SC, dry #6 boat.

I also would sell my 2001 36 Spectre without power, it was painted all white in 2019 and a had a full interior update. It’s a bravo boat on 20” driveshafts so it can easily be converted to a SSM boat. It is also dry and rock solid. $55,000 buys it on a solid aluminum trailer.

if you are interested in either boats you can call or text me at 508-631-4784

good call. I'll travel just about anywhere for the right deal. I am in northwest Arkansas and drove 18 hours to New York for my fountain last year. Domt prefer to make that trip, but will if the deal is right.

price, was hoping to stay under 40 for hull and trailer. Guy at LOTO msd a 98 42 fountain that was asking $32k and decided not to sell. I missed a 97 42 fountain for 30k that sold before mine sold. There is one in upper New York, 98 for $30k, trying to see if I ca. Find anything else before 21 hours one way though.

I found a really nice loaded to the max 420 bama inKentucky, but really hate to put these monster motors in a hull that is deep and large like that one, as nice as it us, and with all its creatures comforts....it will never be a step hull or staggered hull.

I'll keep these in mind, but have been Seeing them a bit lower, so I'm going to keep looking for now. Like to be into trailer and hull for under 40k.
