Some time ago it came up that people were not receiving their prizes in the Baja "Brag It Up" contest. I was one that did not get mine so I e-mailed Baja about a month ago regarding this concern. I just received this e-mail.

I am glad you enjoy the Baja Brag It Up Contest. It is my job to pick the winners of the contest each month. I enjoy reading your entries and appreciate you taking the time to submit an answer to each month's question.

I am very sorry to hear you never received your prize. I have contacted the person at Baja who is responsible for sending the prizes out. I asked her to please let me know when your prize was sent. As soon as I hear from her, I will let you know when you should expect your tote bag.

Please let me know if you haven't received your package by December 1st and I will find out what is happening for you.

That's usually the first point of contact...You have the choice of marketing or sales raleted messages. (Like that covers it all )

Once you get responses, you'll get personal e-mail addresses.

The one on the website is the one I used.
