Hi all, we have a complete 7.4L 454 dressed, strong running freshwater motor. Fresh out of a full repower. Lower unit needs a reseal, water was present in the gear lube but the drive was not blown. Customer opted for an EFI repower. Motor was always babied and is very clean. I've posted the compression numbers below.

Poking around and it looks like the whole package is worth around $5,500 - open to offers if the community thinks that is unfair. Shipping is available, located in New Hampshire.

Splitting motor, transom & drive may be an option if anyone is interested.

If you just post the drive you might get some interest. I looked awhile for a spare before I found one for my old boat.

Not many out there. I think I ended up buying and selling that spare for $1200.
