Long story short my older ASD6 Arneson drive trim cylinder suffered freeze damage and kept blowing out piston seals faster then I could replace them. A new cylinder isn't available so I had it made and went a little crazy making a new piston, piston rod and cylinder gland. I have an extra and I am just trying to recoup some of the costs since it wasn't cheap to machine. I'm a professional engineer by profession so everything is of correct material, tolerance and surface finish. Identical parts (not these) were installed and tested on my personal boat for fit and function.
