Does anybody know if the baja outlaw 27 and 25 use the same hatch skylights? My inside trim on both are yellowed and cracked.

I don't know if they are the same, but the 25 Outlaw uses Bomar hatches and that is where you will need to get parts. They should have a model number on the underside of the hatch.
