1987 regal velocity 23
Located in northern Wisconsin. Engine runs pretty well. Cuddy is gutted but is carpeted. Interior is decent. It was repainted at some time and doesn’t look bad but is started to flake/crack. Send me your email and I can send pics. 3k takes it
