Hi does anyone know of of a compatible GM type 2 power steering pump to the one on a 496? I see lots of variants on Summit Racing and Tuff Stuff, but I have no idea if they are compatible other than looking for 5/8 shaft as mine is?

In most cases the differences in the PS pumps (Marine/Auto) is the pressure the pump produces. The marine versions pressure is higher. The pressure is controlled by the valve on the back of the pump

Doing some research I came up with the pic. I think they will work but have not verified, nor anyone I posted this info has come back to say its either good or bad
