Looking for the nearest airport that has connections from Detroit, Chicago, Columbus etc.
Planning on a week in the Traverse City area July 1, 2022.
I’m driving from FL but rest of crew will need to fly in.

Pellston is another option. Not too far of a drive and very scenic

HaHa you’d love Cat island air. One trip to Rum Cay my buddies sport fish broke a prop shaft and we didn’t want a 6 kt cruise back to ft pierce so we took the local service to Nassau for a delta flt to Lauderdale. Soot/oil covered 14 seat turbo prop with 16 passengers (two heavy Bahamians had two squat down in the isle. Capt used every inch of runway to get rotation speed. Stopped somewhere half way to Nassau to let some off and more on. Trip to Nassau had the legal # of peeps but one of the new passengers had a giant bucket of KFC and that started a minor ruckus. Should make Allegiance look like the Concord.
