Mercruiser fault code - Help
Hi
I hope you can help me.
Im having a problem with my Mercuiser 6,3 MPI year 2018.
If we sail over 4000 rpm, an alarm comes off and the engine takes the gas off. The vesselview gives me the fault code 2093-23. can you please help me - how do i solve the problem. Thanks!

With a 6.3 I'll assume you have a Bravo drive
Find the switch on the shift plate and unplug it. I'm thinking this is a over speed fault and the PCM things its in neutral. With it unplugged see if the issue stops

I would have thought the codes would be in this manual: https://www.boote-forum.de/attachmen...2&d=1531931940, but fault code 2093 is not there.
Maybe there have been updates, and this is an out of date manual, anybody that has a newer manual?
According to the manual above, fault code 2092 is the "Neutral overspeed", that will use a neutral RPM limit of 3500 RPM.
