I have a 2007 496 HO DTS engine that runs well with exception that the engine intemittenly losses power for a fraction of a second and gives 1 beep, then recovers and everything is fine.
There are no codes when this happens. Any suggestions on what the problem is!

With no more then your statement, guess there is a bad connection and it looses power. May not loose power completely, but with a bad connection it might be dropping below minimum required

I am having this same issue with my 525. Can cruise at 3600 no issue. Bump up to 3700 it sorta cuts out. But bump it up to 3800 and it’s happens constantly. I changed out the cam sensor no changes. Paralleled the batteries. No change.

I was told it is the PCM - i get no codes identifying any problems....

has anyone ran a scan on it with a merc computer? Does yours cut out like mine for the rpms?
