Default 1991 Mirage 217 Trovare Intruder - value?

I'm looking to sell my 91 Mirage 217 project boat but not sure what market value is. Can anyone give me an idea? It's in ok shape but needs motor and leg. Can't attach pics yet because I'm a newbie.
*located in BC Canada

They are popular in the pacific northwest. Usually one or two on Craigslist Seattle or Portland. No motor or drive, you looking at a steep discount from a turn key runner. I've seen them recently for $12K USD running. Its a project that doubt anyone would pay more then $5k CDN for.

It's essentially worth the sum of the parts minus the cost to broker them (value of the hull being zero or negative to make it go away).
As a "project" boat its not worth anything, because anyone who knows whats involved in restoring a boat, knows the cost to get finished, will be more than its worth complete on the open market.
But, it has been said, "there is a sucker born every minute!"

Even with a rebuilt engine and drive, it will push the parts needed over what the boat is worth turn key. How's the interior? Would like to see pictures. Where in BC is it located?

It's in Victoria BC, things are a bit more inflated on the island here

I threw it up for 5500 and have had quite a bit of interest, hopefully someone bites!

Interior is in pretty good shape, but missing the engine cover and rear seat 🙁 I'll post pics when I get to my required 10 post minimum
