Default Baja H2X or Eliminator 234v

Hello new to the site and my first post, I’m in the process of buying a boat and have narrowed it down to either a Baja H2X or early 90s Eliminator 234 v bottom, both boats are in great shape and priced closely the same. which of the two would have a better ride in a decent size lake with a lot of cruiser traffic, Baja has a stock 502 mag and the Eliminator has a 516 with mild cam, any input in this would be greatly appreciated as I need to decide on one of the other this weekend. Thanks

The Baja is a bigger, heavier boat but also has a 21 degree deadrise hull. I know NOTHING about that Eliminator but looking at pictures and reading about it...it seems to have a 'funky' hull...reminds me of a modified tri-hull. Looks like over a thousand pounds lighter than the Baja. My 'guess' would be the Baja will give you a MUCH nicer ride in the chop that you are likely to have at the lake you describe, and the Eliminator will be somewhat faster...provided you can find the right water to do so on.
