I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place for this post.
If you are primarily running in salt water, running a centrifugal blower through a water to air intercooler. Is there an off the shelf protectant that can be applied to the intercooler water in and out to slow down or stop aluminum corrosion of the intercooler? Option 2, I can use a heat exchanger and run a closed loop cooling system for the intercooler with an electric pump. However with option 2 I don't have a lot of room, would be a tight fit and electric pump failure would concern me but so would salt water being blown at 10psi into the motor.
Any advise is appreciated, thank you in advance
