Default Propshaft Dyno

Does anyone know of a propshaft dyno in Ontario?
Getting tired of launching the project boat only to be disappointed.
Need to have the cyber geek tuning guy working on it while under load.

Why not tune it in the water? We do it all the time.

Scheduling the tuner (who is 2 1/2 hours away and has been able to work remotely so far) with decent weather to facilitate decent testing on Lake Huron in a small boat has been a challenge. The MOTEC system is way beyond my EFI ability. I am just learning how to use my Holler Sniper stuff. If a Dyno is not available that is what we will need to do though.
