Default Boat in salt water for 4 days w/ no bottom paint

I plan to dock my new skiff in the Keys in a slip for 4 days. The bottom is not painted. How bad will the hull look when I pull it out? What will I need to do to make the bottom look pristine again? I did wax it recently.

It will be fine.

Buddy just kept a boat in the keys for 30 days with no bottom paint just last month. no staining, no issues, we just hand rubbed it here and there on island days or use ran a brush over it if not.

This is us pulling it out on day 30.

Many fresh water boaters will have you believe the boat will disintegrate if used in salt water.

Like stated, give it a got rinse and you should be good to go.

Funny thing, when I left my boat in fresh water for 3 days it had a ugly stain on the bottom. Lol

Once you put your boat in Keys waters you will be back. And next time it will be longer. I was told this 15 years ago. Been back 8 times and still counting.

You will be fine. I had my cabin cruiser in salt water for 3 months over the winter with no bottom paint. I had the bottom scrubbed once a week and it was 100% fine.

Dawn and warm water rinse does a nice job of removing Pacific Ocean back water crud for short term soaks. Dish soap will probably be hard on wax though.

I have found that my boat gets a lot dirtier in some freshwater lakes than it does in the ocean,
