Any fans of the 84-88 Cobalt Condurre 300 and 269 models out there. These were Carrera hulls. In 1986, the factory built one 269 with outboards on gil brackets. This model appeared in the 1987 brochure but was never produced. I own this prototype and had ties to the factory during the time. Any fans or info for discussion, lets discuss.

Here's the 1986 Cobalt brochure with the Cobalt 300(269 blocked 300 mold) on display. The high quality of Cobalt Boats and the sea keeping capabilities of
these Carrera SS9M and SS8M derived hulls made them very special boats.

A great OSO thread with quite a bit of information about these models.
