I had lunch at Southport yesterday and the new marina next door is gorgeous. For the old timers, this is a couple hundred feet west of the old Everglades Marina (Apache/Cig dealer run by the Martin family).

Marina looks more like a high end condo than a rack storage place! Bartender told me the rack spots are up to $2000 a month.

We frequent PBC and Lakeside Grill several times a month, all year long. I cannot think of any business of any kind that is more "on point" than they are. EVERYTHING that they do is first class, and they have a first class staff to execute. We are lucky to have them at LOTO and they will no doubt raise the bar is South Florida. Congrats!
