What can I clarify for you? Seriously asking. Or are you just frustrated by the overly complex structure of it all?
You certainly wouldn't be the first person to feel that way.

As a racer what am I getting besides "official record keeping". Who cares about these records? The individual racer? the fans? the sponsors? who? Does APBA/UIM invest in our racing with money NO. As a organizer I believe there is some insurance benefits by being affiliated. Im not against it and someone recording it but I am against paying for it. You want $100 bucks a year from me ok but more than that I don't get. Dont shoot me for my feelings just having a open conversation.

Just explaining current structure. After a week in Key West, I returned knowing how confused people are/were.
Carry on. I have no dog in this fight.
