I recently picked up a 1995 Cigarette 38 Top Gun and trying to confirm that the hull, specifically the bottom, is solid fiberglass. Thanks

The bottom of hull is likely solid fiberglass. The sides of the hull are likely cored with balsa.

If you can see light thru the hull via a flashlight or other means then its solid glass. Easy to do at the anchor locker.
