Default Tennessee Real Estate ???

Tennessee Real Estate ???? Looking at homes in the Chattanooga area on the Tenn river , originally started looking on Lake Norris but have started looking more on the Tenn river . any input good or bad for Tennessee not against Nashville either

With Nashville area you've got Old Hickory Lake and with a very short drive you've got Lake Barkley and Ky Lake as well. As far as area's in Nashville I'd say Hendersonville or Mt Juliet areas would be good places to start. Maybe someone else will chime in. You'll have a very good engine builder at your back door in the Mt Juliet area.

Thanks Bencini I do remember Eddie Young mentioning on a phone call not much boating up that way Mt Juliet , really start to think may have to head back north west and find something in LOTO and just grab something in Florida for Nov thru April

That's one thing I like about living here in Western Ky. we've got Lake Barkley and Ky Lake then just a little ways east is Lake Cumberland and Within 4 1/2hrs or so is LOTO. Also some other lakes within a few hour drive as well. Kind of a central location for the Midwest lakes.

Your weather is'nt the greatest either and sounds like Tennessee / Georgia got snow
