Bass Pro Shops purchases Hatteras?

Kind of like Wal-Mart buying Porsche! It sounds like it is probably a good deal for everybody involved, but I dont think that you will be seeing any 70' Hatteras boats at any Bass Pro Shops soon! In digging a bit, they own a ton of brands now, not just the Tracker brand that they started with. The big get bigger.......................

Morris is amassing a good bit of contiguous land on the St. Johns river N.of lake George as well. Rumors are flying but nothing is confirmed as to what he is putting up there. Hes a great success story for sure.

Well...Johnny Morris doesn't do anything by halves so...this is probably overall a very good thing. Every time I go to Big Cedar Lodge in Missouri I am just blown away by the level of attention to detail and how it is 'done right'.
