Default Spam / Scam / Phish / Etc

I just started a new thread in "trucks & trailers" and after looking at it, the title makes it look like one of those scam post things.

It's not, but I don't know how to fix it so it doesn't look like it is...on the other hand if it was, this post would be great camouflage lol so short version is if you have a '20 or '21 HD pickup with a D-Max it's probably affected by a service update which if not performed may result in your truck ending up in limp mode.

Limp Mode isn't all that serious but the lack of parts for the fix makes it damn inconvenient . The recalibration is supposed to eliminate the issue and potential parts problem.

Detail in that post

Cheers

d

I was pulling a 38 TG from Buffalo back to KC when my 05 SD went into limp mode, what a turd it was probably happened 20 times in the 18 hr trip, but we found out if we bumped it into neutral at 65 shut the engine off and refire it the code would clear and back to full power.....

I've done that many times with a code reader and reset the computer while still rolling hehe.
