Offshore racing newcomer Randy Keys and his good friend, veteran racer Bill Allen, are teaming up to race an MTI 390XR in the 450R Factory Stock class this season.

Forgive my ignorance but is there a legitimate "stock class" anymore? Used to be F2 I think, but curious if any classes these days are running something like a "stock" fountain 27 or 29 etc.
