GM Vortec HP3...For Sale to the avg. boater?

Does anyone know if the HP3 is readily available and if so where to start looking?

Does anyone know of a comparison between it an the 525efi that shows actual horsepower/torque and price differences etc......

I believe its definietly down to these two.

Racers? Used engines? Isn't it time to repower for next season. Will GM buy the used ones back?
