Get a Homer Bucket from Home Depot. Take a piece of split pipe insulation 3/4 inch and cut it to fit around the 3/4 or more of the bucket rim. Walla ! You have a roadside or boat porta potti. When finished, put the lid on the bucket and dump in the toilet when you get to a bathroom. Oh, yea, don't forget paper and a large beach towel to cover your naked ass while in use.

I have the pop up type but haven’t used it in a decade. Pringles can or 5 gallon bucket work great. Just don’t look around all guilty when using. Just be the boss!

Doubtful, they're floating docks with engines.

I think they're designed so that you can just pee on the deck and it drains out the back.
