Default Thank again to LipShip

I know you guys give me sh*t for pumpin’ phil and his crew up all the time but damn! He and Marissa just never cease to make a happy customer in me. Heading to havasu this morning. Realized I needed new cabin hatch shocks. But kinda needed them quickly since we were leaving in a couple days. Text marissa, got it sorted. Phill calls me back says they’ll send next day. Easy peasy done and done. Shocks came yesterday with two new shirts as well thrown in.

Flame away but for 20 plus years I’ve been using Phil, he’s never let me down. Best part is he’s always treated me just as well as his customers that order new boats from him.

anyway, thanks (Again) Phil and Marissa! no deck hatches slamming down next week while we’re boating!

Its great to hear that they are so willing to help and I am sure your praise means more than you know to them. As a small business owner myself it really is nice to hear good things once in a while. We ALWAYS hear the negative stuff but rarely get any thanks for a job well done.

True. With all the shortages of supply, shortage of good help, general people just not happy with all the crap going on over past couple years, it just means that much more when you can get great customer service!

When I was in my 20s I kept my boat at the Spinnaker Marina. I met Phil and I remember one day my boats drain plug was missing. He jumped on his Harley and went out and got me one. He spent a lot of time with me just bull****ting and teaching my young ass a lot of stuff. He couldn’t have been nicer to a young guy. I will always appreciate that and have a great opinion of Mr Phil.

settle down Dan. Lol the shocks are $25 each. A) I don’t think that’s a crazy price. B) worth what may be a slight price increase to help out a business I appreciate and to get over the top customer service.

Both Phil and Marisa are always there to help. A trip to Lip-Ship is like going to the Holy Land.
