I know I’m not the only one looking but could really use 1 set of anyone has a lead! Trying to get the boat ready for June and it’s not looking good. Already rented a house and signed up for a run but won’t be much fun without being on the water

I feel your pain! I'm looking for a new X/XZ upper gearset also. Ship date got bumped to October I'm told, we ordered the gearset last November! My XZ drive is torn apart in the shop. I'm running an old backup drive now but I don't know how much confidence I have in it.

I have a lower gear set, 2 actually

What's the part number are they the 14063A1? I'm guessing Mercury OEM parts? Also, what's the condition?
