Default 502 Full Cooling System

Wanted to see if anyone has ever converted the Mercruiser 502 Closed cooling Half System into a full system (go from just block to block and manifolds).
I have a heat exchanger that will do block and curious if it might have the capacity to do that manifolds as well, with a little tweaking of the hoses of course.

unless i am wrong, there is no way to close cool manifold. If you succeed doing the manifold, then i would guess the tail pipes would simply not be cooled, wich can not make sense...
too hot and too loud ( dry tails)
to me at least !

But anything if possible with great ideas and money i guess !

Tailpipes are raw water cooled. Exh manifolds in the antifreeze cooling circuit. Manifolds and tailpipes son’t be connected water/coolant wise.

You won’t have the proper plumbing on the heat exchanger if it is set up for a half system .
