Texas performance boater Heath Kirkwood ran his 2017 Outerlimits SV 43 canopied raceboat, which was recently converted into a five-seat pleasure boat by the team at Waves and Wheels, in last weekend's Performance Boat Center Spring Fun Run on Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks.
