I have 2 sets of SSMIII parts, enough to complete 1 drive and then some. I believe the only thing I'm missing for both drives to be rebuilt completely is one prop shaft. All cases and shafts are in very good condition. Also have a good SSM bell housing with new pin bushings and input shafts. Will sell all together or tell me what you need and we can go from there. What ratio are the uppers?

Its been to long for me to remember for sure but I believe they were 1.48:1

That doesn't jive with upper ratios I have in my manual.
Do you remember what you final ratio was?
What were they behind for engines?
If that is a "Z" on the upper case (I can't quite make it out), with the "W" on the lower, it would be 1.33 and 1.125 for a final of 1.5
How much are you looking for the parts?

I do remember that the final drive ratio was 1.5:1. The lower stamp is W 3172 RH which is partially assembled, only the prop shaft has been removed. The other lower is stamped W 3391 LH. RH partially assembled upper is stamped C577243 Z, and the other upper is stamped C850444 Z. I had them behind a 12 meter fountain with 540's about 650hp. Give me a call if your interested in some pieces or would consider taking everything.
