Question Steering, Full Hydraulic fluid ?Helm Steering fluid?

I need to top up my power steering fluid, and looking at the options, the most common is ATF or Quicksilver power steering and trim fluid.

BUT, then I saw this Quicksilver Hydraulic Helm Steering fluid 858078Q01

What is the difference? What do you use?

The other thing that I noticed, is on the back of the helm fluid it says "do not mix with Power Steering fluid"

I believe the hydraulic helm fluid is for a hydraulic helm pump. (Capilano style) no power steering pump. I have used anything from ATF to power steering fluid and have mixed them when I had a line leak. I use power steering fluid in my Active Thunder (Bravo boat) and ATF in my Panther (TRS transmission boat) so I don't have to carry 3 different types of fluids. The bilge in my Panther is red so tranny fluid doesn't show like it would in my white AT bilge. I would top off with what it in their currently.
