Default glue on carpet

I have to replace the black carpet on the the cockpit sides and rear seat frame and cabin entrance. The stuff they sell on ebay is only 1/8th thick and my old carpet seems thicker. It was spray glued on and has no backing material on it. What is it called? It is like a speaker box material but thicker. Appreciate any help

Check out DLT Upholstery Supply. I just redid my headliner and they had the best selection of product.

Check here also: 20 oz carpet vs 16 oz. I used 20 oz on my trailer bunks, pretty nice stuff.
